Rotator cuff, frozen shoulder

Sciatica

Dear Dr. Liu,

I want to tell you in writing how much you have helped me these past 3 weeks. Considering I was almost totally crippled with such terrible pain from my sciatic nerve that I was ready for a wheelchair, and was just unable to do the most basic of things.

Pain in Shoulder and Arm

Dear Dr Liu,

Thank you so much for the help you gave me to regain the use of my left arm.

My left arm was in incredible pain from the neck to the tips of my fingers. Two of my fingers were numb, the other 3 were on fire, I couldn’t use my arm, the nerves had the muscles tensed constantly. I was in so much excruciating pain that I didn’t want to do anything. I tried pain relievers with no results; I tried massage with no results.

Tingling fingers and numb arms

I went to Dr. Liu to seek relief from what was an obvious nerve difficulty. My fingers were numb and I also had some difficulty with my arms and neck. Having had no experience with traditional Chinese medicine treatments, I was initially dubious about the outcome, but was urged to consult with her by a mutual friend. Allergies

Dear Dr. Liu,

For the past thirty years I have been tested for food and environmental allergies. The results have always been elevated levels that required my taking numerous daily medications, avoidance of certain foods and environment triggers; and often weekly shots. Seven years ago, I developed a chronic cough. As recently as three years ago, I was retested for allergies. The results were the same.

Two months ago, I started my treatments with you. One month ago, I was retested for allergies. When I listened to the doctor read the result list to me, I figured “oh here we go again.” But, he ended by saying “no elevations anywhere!” You, Dr. Liu, have made the difference! The acupuncture combined with the cupping has made the difference. I am coughing less. I am less bothered by my food and environmental allergies.

Lower back pain

Dear Dr. Liu,

I wanted to write to thank you for treating me this past winter for the sudden pain I experienced in my lower back. As you recall, the pain occurred suddenly one morning and I hobbled into your office unable to stand, sit or smile. This was my first experience with acupuncture treatment although my wife has been praising this form of treatment for some time.

Our German Shepherd dog also had acupuncture treatment from a veterinarian schooled in the art of acupuncture for animals. My wife and I both saw that the periodic treatments lengthened our dog’s life and reduced her old age pains significantly. I figured that since the dog could not possibly have any pre-conceived opinions on the affects of acupuncture, it must work.

Your treatment was excellent. Within 30 minutes of hobbling into your office, I was able to sit and walk around with less than 50% of the pain level I had when I entered. We had company that week and upon leaving your office I was able to be a reasonable host to our company. During the day my pain level increased slightly but your treatment the next day once again reduced the pain level. By the third consecutive day of your treatment, I felt almost 100% cured and I had taken no medication or other pain pills. After my fourth day of your treatment, you indicated that I need not return unless I had a problem and I have felt wonderful ever since.

I was back playing golf within a week of the incident and it is as if it never happened. You can count me as a complete believer in acupuncture medicine including cupping, which I thought was most effective.

Quit smoking

To whom it may concern:

I smoked cigarettes for 35 years. Over the last three years, I alternated between cigarettes and nicotine gum and lozenges.

With some skepticism about alternative medicine, I consulted with Dr. Liu regarding my nicotine addiction. Dr. Liu administered six acupuncture treatments and also started me on a mild regimen of Chinese herbal supplements, I have lost my craving for nicotine and feel more energetic.

Whiplash

Due to an auto collision after which I was diagnosed with "whiplash", I was referred to Dr. Jialing Liu.

Back injury from accident

!!!! HOW I WAS SAVED - FROM A DIFFICULT FUTURE !!!!

During June of this year I decided to trim the PALM TREES. I climbed the ladder with an electric pole trimmer... and there I was on my back, looking up at the place where my feet had just been – about 12 feet up. I was in some shock. I knew that my approach had been flawed. I hurt.

Two days later a CHINESE ANGEL appeared in my room. Prodding and poking with much WISDOM and experience and asking me valuable information-gathering questions, she PROCEEDED in her professional manner. A few HOME VISITS later and I was up. Depression

Allergies and back pain

Dear Dr. Liu,

Thank you! Thank You! Thank You! I am able to walk easily up stairs, stand on either foot and maintain balance, and I generally have my life back. I look forward to waking each morning with energy and no pain. I just feel great!

Last year I was in bed for two months because of a sciatic nerve problem between L5 and S1 vertebrae. Such pain I have never had before. I also have arthritis in my right hip and back. After several treatments of acupuncture my back is well and pain free. The arthritis is controlled by coming in to see you when I have pain. This spring when I suffered with allergies I was amazed that you were able to stop the rhinitis, sneezing and runny eyes with just one treatment. Insomnia

Dear Dr. Liu,

I wish to thank you for giving me my life back. I started coming to see you approximately three weeks ago with chronic insomnia. I am now able to sleep like a normal human being and also I am not smoking anymore.

I don’t know how to thank you enough, because my sleep disorder was with me for most of my life. Bronchitis

You have made me a believer out of acupuncture and Chinese herbs. When I came to see you I had a very bad case of bronchitis and my lungs were congested with fluid. Incontinence

Dear Dr. Liu:

This subject I am about to talk about is very sensitive for me to write about. Four years ago I noticed I had a bladder problem. I could not go anywhere unless I wore protection for leakage from my bladder. If I coughed, laughed, heard water run or even got up fast, my bladder would leak. This was very embarrassing to me and caused me to become leary to go out a for a long period of time.

My problem is called incontinence, which many people of my age have - a problem women face when they pass sixty years or more, I was informed. I finally came to see you. After eight weeks of treatment and Chinese herbs I went from 12 pads to 2 pads (one in the morning and one before I go to bed at night). I can now go anywhere I want and not be embarrassed.
